Refund Policy

We will 100% refund our customer if they are not satisfied with our items or if the order is not received out in the specified time. Our main goal is to provide the best quality services to you.

Our data policy is vigorous for 90 days. We will refund our customer if they are not satisfied with our products within 30 bussiness days. And in case that the 30 days period have already passed, we are not able to offer any type of refunds of the item.

The condition of the item must be good to be eligible for return, the product must be like a new and unused must have good new condition when you have received it in the post office. It's very important to package in the original box that you have received.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as all types of food, some flowers, books newspapers or magazines cannot be sent back and returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary bath goods, hazardous material products, or flammable liquids products or gases items.

Refunds (if possible and applicable)

We only exchange products if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the different size item, send us an email at info.bestsellers365@gmail.com and ask us for our return address.

Gifts items
If the product was marked as a personal gift when purchased and shipped for you, you’ll receive immediately gift credit for the value of your order returns. When the returned item is received, a gift document will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t shipped as a gift when ordered, we will send a full refund to the gift giver, and she he will find out about your return.

Shipping terms

Order fulfillment usually takes 3-5 days and delivery of orders usually takes 12-35 days; however it may take up to 42-62 days to receive your products depends on of the certain international destinations.
