When The Order Will Be Processed?
Our team want to be sure that you will receive your items as fast as possible. When you are ordering your items,please be sure you have selected the correct model you wish and the right color because will be difficult to replace or modify the orders. All replacements and cancellations can not be made, once your orders are in the shipping department.

We strive to process all orders between Tuesday and Wednesday. The Orders normally are processed within 2-4 business days depends on of any ordering and will be shipped normally in the next business day after the processing of your order. Note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

All orders will be handled or shipped out from the factory warehouse. Please always allow some extra time for the orders to be processed if there are holidays or high sale season.

Please feel free to contact us anytime you need support, if you need tracking to receive any available confirmation after the 5th business day from the order and the correct payment.

Our Shipping details and confirmation
The shipping data of confirmation will be send by email to you once he order has been already prepared and shipped, that will easy allow the order to track the current status every time you want. All Shipping cost depends on of the weight of your order package and your delivery location office. Our Customers will be responsible if any customs duties or taxes are applied for all their International order.

Depends on your area, most of the orders have been delivered by the local post office, so your package could be received with the regular USA Canadian or EU mail. If you are not at home when the courier comes, he she will leave any notice in order to inform you about your order status and will inform you where the delivery may be collected.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

If you want to replace or cancel the order, please feel free to contact us anytime. We will process and ship the orders as quickly as possible (we are fast store service!). Once the warehouse has prepared the order, we can't make any cancellations or changes.
